Our Year 10 curriculum is again underpinned by the Australian Curriculum with students also commencing a three year course of Everton Park State High School Leadership and Futures (ELF) Program. Year 10 commence the senior phase of learning and students are guided towards career pathways through a rigorous Senior Education and Training (SET) Planning process.
The Senior Curriculum is diverse to meet the needs of students preparing for University study, TAFE programs or the world of work. Each student’s pathway is highly valued and our links with the business and tertiary learning community ensures that all students study real life learning.
Our links with local primary schools have established a Schools for the Future Alliance which ensures a seamless transition for primary school students who enrol at our school. Teachers from Everton Park State High School and the primary schools also share a common teaching and learning program and work together to offer programs to extend and support the diverse learning needs of all students.
