Enrolment Applications Students wishing to enrol at EPSHS are required to complete an Expression of Interest form and email this to:
enrolments@evertonparkshs.eq.edu.au
Please also include the following documents:
Latest School Report
NAPLAN Report (if applicable)
Proof of address
Other Supporting Documentation: Behaviour records, references etc.
Visa and EQI Authority to enrol approval for international students moving to Brisbane permanently.
The enrolments officer will then contact you to arrange an interview.
Please complete the enrolment forms booklet and email to the school prior to your interview day.
If forms are not completed in full then the interview will not be able to proceed and will need to be rescheduled. The interview will take approx 30 minutes.
