Enrolment ApplicationsParents wishing to enrol a student at Everton Park State High School will need to complete an Expression of Interest form for both in-catchment and out-of-catchment student enrolment. EOIs will need to be accompanied by supporting documentation as shown below and emailed to:

Documents required:
- Birth Certificate (if your child was born in Australia
- Australian Citizenship Certificate with date of arrival in Australia (if your child was NOT BORN in Australia and DOES have Australian Citizenship
- Passport, Visa and Date of Arrival stamp (if your child was NOT BORN in Australia and DOES NOT have Australian Citizenship
- Latest School Report
- NAPLAN Report (if applicable)
- Proof of address
- Other Supporting Documentation: Behaviour records, references etc.
The enrolments officer will then contact you to arrange an interview. Please complete the enrolment forms booklet and email to the school prior to your interview day. If forms are not completed in full then the interview will not be able to proceed and will need to be rescheduled. The interview will take approx 30 minutes.
Enrolments for 2025
Enrolment applications are now being taken for 2025 enrolments. Please submit an EOI with supporting documents ( listed above ) and student details will then be added to our futures list. All events and important information will then be emailed to the nominated parent from our futures database.
Application forms for 2025 will be available for download or from the school after Open Day in May.
