The Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) recognises a student's learning achievements at the completion of senior schooling. Students may also work towards a Queensland Certificate of Individual Achievement (QCIA) where appropriate.
The QCE is awarded by the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) and recognises achievement across a range of learning pathways, including general subjects, applied subjects and vocational education and training.
Senior schooling pathways are structured to support students to work towards the QCE while building skills and experiences aligned with future goals.
